Education Session

IBS 2019 offers the most up-to-date and innovative education the industry has to offer. It features sessions in eight tracks, taught by renowned building industry experts from across the country. With topics ranging from sales and marketing to construction and codes, there is literally something for everyone.

Nineteen pre-show courses will be held before the start of IBS 2019. Pre-show courses gave participants the chance to increase their skill sets by delving deep into industry topics while earning NAHB CEUs. 

Full registrants and 1-Day Education attendees had the option to participate in five Master sessions, 3-hour intensive programs that dig deep into specific industry topics.

Networking

IBS events, such as The Official IBS House Party (SOLD OUT), the Young Pro Party and the IBS Closing Spike Concert with the Goo Goo Dolls, give attendees the opportunity to network with other industry pros and have some fun too.

Open to all IBS registrants, the Centrals are a hub for lively programs, demonstrations and hands-on workshops—set in an informal, relaxed setting. 我(wǒ)國每年進口高端衛浴産品500億

年初,關于智能馬桶蓋的新聞引爆社會,引發了上至高層下(xià)至百姓的大(dà)讨論,也将國産智能衛浴産品一(yī)舉推到台前,接受整個社會的拷問和檢驗。雖然來自各方的聲音不一(yī)而足,但有業内人士估計,熱點新聞的傳播,至少将智能馬桶蓋在中(zhōng)國的消費(fèi)周期提前了五年,打開(kāi)了數以億計的市場空間。

智能馬桶蓋“火(huǒ)了”,但在帶動消費(fèi)的同時,也暴露出了一(yī)系列值得中(zhōng)國衛浴制造企業深深思索的問題:中(zhōng)國衛浴産業的最大(dà)問題在哪裏?傳統産品的智能化方向是什麽?

海關進出口數據顯示,2014年1~12月,衛浴産品進出口總額爲160.55億美元,同比增長12.31%。其中(zhōng),出口總額爲153.36億美元,同比增長12.86%;進口總額爲71.92億美元,同比增長1.83%。

在低迷的市場環境中(zhōng),衛浴産品的出口仍然保持了10個百分(fēn)點以上的增長,其中(zhōng),按摩浴缸、淋浴房、塑料花灑3類增幅超過10%,塑料花灑甚至增幅達42.20%,勢頭強勁。

然而,這看似紅火(huǒ)的增長數據背後,卻并沒有帶來實實在在的利潤,不少企業仍然感覺到日子艱難,面臨很大(dà)的市場壓力。廣東華藝衛浴有限公司董事長馮松展直言:“衛浴行業出口程度比較高,但今年由于歐元一(yī)路下(xià)跌,出口形勢并不理想,一(yī)方面,客戶希望我(wǒ)們降低價格,而随着勞動力和原材料成本的不斷上漲,國内企業的利潤空間已經被壓到很低。另一(yī)方面,産能過剩也是行業面臨的主要困難,由于過去(qù)企業過多,盲目進行生(shēng)産,導緻産品出現了嚴重的供大(dà)于求的情況,惡性競争再次攤薄了企業利潤。”
